We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Octopus Australia renewables platform restructure, marking an important milestone in the evolution of our investment offering.

The simplified structure delivers a number of benefits for investors, including enhanced operational efficiency, streamlined governance, clearer investor pathways and a more scalable platform to support future growth. The restructure also provides greater consistency across our platform, helping investors access our renewable energy investment opportunity through a more straightforward and transparent framework.

As part of the restructure, Octopus Renewable Energy Opportunities Fund (OREO) is now closed to new investors. Going forward, the Octopus Australia Sustainable Investments Feeder Fund (OASIS) will serve as the primary entry vehicle for wholesale investors seeking exposure to Octopus Australia’s diversified portfolio of renewable energy infrastructure assets.

Reflecting this streamlined approach, we have withdrawn OREO from being rated by Zenith Investment Partners. The OASIS Feeder Fund will continue to be rated by Zenith.

The completion of the restructure positions the platform for continued growth, while maintaining our focus on delivering long-term value through high-quality renewable energy investments across Australia.

In December 2025, OASIS received a ‘Recommended’ rating from leading research house Zenith Investment Partners, for the third consecutive year.1 Zenith’s rating highlight Octopus’ unique and attractive offering, driven by our extensive experience in energy markets and detailed investment process.
